[Copy Stone] Creates a duplicate, statless account bound copy of the item it is used on.

Why?

No more being limited to only one flowery back item or shattered wings or losing them if something better comes along that I would like to use on that particular character that i gave it to.

Allows preserving the skin of very expensive cultural t3 (and other) armor in case I would like to use something else for a change, without having to get a whole new gear set for it.

Got that nice legendary you’d like to be account bound? Helps with that too.

What’s in it for Anet? Another gem sink from the item itself and more transmutation crystals used since you’re not married to the look you picked half a year ago.

Or just add all that into the transmutation crystal itself.

If they won’t allow it to be used on Legendaries then it’s fine by me. But just cloning Legendaries is a big no no for me. Get to work, again, if you want another one. Others did

Yeah, I made this same suggestion a couple of weeks back, called it the “Clone Stone”.
