Could this be considered
The main problem with this is the fact that all lines are voiced.
They would need to do twice or three times the amount of voice-overs in order for this to work, and voice-overs are quite expensive.

While it may not be personal story related how you rate in Ferocity , Dignity and Charm does affect how NPCs treat you so you do have some control over such things
I’ve been pretty impressed and endeared by SWTORs use of multiple choice in all dialogues, with all lines voice-acted, and a firm minority of choices actually changing what happens (this has been my MMO of choice for the last two weeks).
Yes, this story crafting comes with a price, but so does making a frontier game of excellent quality. Bioware is pwning this corner of story telling across genres, platforms, and player bases. They don’t have the right to monopolise it, they are just willing to try and show they are good at it.
Arena Net has the opportunity to also show us (and them) how it’s done!
The problem however is that if they focus too much money on story the rest of the game will get less money. Which is exactly what happened to SWTOR. They spent loads of money on story and yet the rest of the game was lacking and therefore more or less failed.
A nice balance needs to be reached and I think ArenaNet have found that balance quite good.

I see your point.
My other thing is What about a housing system for the guild halls where you can customize it with items and trophies similar to Eq2
