Guild Wars 2

If I want to send messages to 13 members I keep getting stopped by both the spam limit and the message box system not putting messages in the inbox due to “To many messages”.

I feel any message from guilds should be considered different so they go into the box weather or not somebody clears their inbox or not, aswell as creating a Send message to all guild members option instead of doing it 1 at a time.
