Can I have the key to this dungeon please?
On a more serious note, this place is always contested, I understand used this system with Arah, there are a lot of people in Jersey Shore farming events, but this is not the case for Mt Maelstrom, and the eventchain is absolutely fantastic I must say, but not when its the 30th time you have to do it. If I want to do 2 runs in a row I`ll have to do the full chain all over again the second time because it either respawns too fast or is not attractive enough for players that don`t want access to CoE.
Suggestion:
1. Make the re-start rate of this chain of events longer
or
2. Give the players a chest drop after the event, to make it more appealing, it`s a big chain, a chest wouldn`t be that bad of an idea.
that said, the quest-chain is awesome and everything, no complaints there
