Cultural Armor prices - Expensive
Ah, good old original Prophecies 15k armor.
You will be able to judge whether cultural armour is are fairly priced by the percentage of the population who have it. I bet it’s less than 1%.
Don’t like the stats but love the skin?
Use T-Stones.
4x Necromancer, 3x Mesmer, 4x Guardian, 4x Thief, 4 Revenant
Most people will eventually get it, it is just a matter of time. And then people will kitten that everyone has it and something else needs to be made that is even more expensive to make it rarer.
lol 80 gold? yea right, try 119G.
also, why is raulph lauren polo 4x as expensive than say hanes or old navy
Good thing the leather Charr armor skins get progressively worse looking, making tier 1 the best looking yet the cheapest. Yay! Unfairness is on my side.
I agree, it’s way too expensive. Expensive armors in GW1 were cheaper than that.
mnguyen.5142why is raulph lauren polo 4x as expensive than say hanes or old navy
Because people are prepared to pay it. Cultural armour on the other hand… the vendor would be out of business.
Well, I have the gloves, shoulder and boots from the human protectors set so far. Just to get that I had to sell every single drop I got in the game that I couldn`t use or equip including all crafting mats from 1-80. The legs are 25 gold and the breastplate is 30 gold. I`m also just getting these for the skin. On launch all the lvl 80 armor parts were 20 gold each then a week or so ago they adjusted the prices. Still an awful lot.
stats may not be the what the armor is striving for, i believe its all esthetic purposes and the self achievement of owning cultural armor for your race.
I do dynamic events on Cursed Shore all day (and sell the drops
Do you use any magic find boosts or runes? There is no way you could make that much by just selling drops, can you?
@Mea: Wow, I’ll try this out and see how well it goes for me. Thanks for the tips, much appreciated!
