I find it hard to understand why they would make cupcakes account bound. This is obviously a bug and should be fixed ASAP!

The cupcakes from the vendor in Lions Arch is Account Bound!
It made me sad as I want to send cupcakes to all of my friends in my Guild.
Please make this possible.
