I think it would be a nice touch if there was some sort of indicator that the is about to reset. Like, at 2 hours the ‘Daily’ text/link at the top right corner of the screen would glow yellow and at 1 hour it would glow/flash/ebb red. Or a more subtle icon, like that annoying exclamation mark on the Black Lion Post icon on the top left part of our screen.

Just watch your clock and you will know exactly when the reset will be, with much presition than colors flashing.

If they put a countdown, could be. But not really important.

It’ll be nice if there was a timer like in most timed events.

The server time is already sent to the client, all that’s left is rigging it to the daily event view so it shows time left until resets.

I appreciate your post, but I put this in the suggestion thread instead of the player helping player thread for a reason. I personally know when the daily resets, I hate it when I have a certain amount of it done but get distracted doing something else, say wvw, or a fotm in which we screwed up on cliffside and then I end up missing my daily!

And with the introduction of laurels, missing a darn near finished daily hurts.

For those players that like the current system, this option could be a toggle under settings.

Loll, no worries! Like I said, I appreciate your thought and I could have been clearer with my OP.

I’m pretty sure it’s midnight server time, which isn’t uk time, cuz I think it was around 1am ish. You can turn on the clock through settings, I think there is an option for server time too.
