I know this has been discussed before, but darker lighting at night would be great. As it stands it’s barely noticeable in most areas, I just had to look at the sky to make dure, I mean if it weren’t for the crickets in the background noise I would not have guessed. So please make the lighting at night a bit darker all around.

Agreed. The only way I notice it is night is by the bioluminence on my sylvari “hair”.

Depends on your map and the effect of natural lighting.

Its definitely not dark enough, would be nice to have a proper use for torches :p

Here’s a screenshot from during beta – you’ll probably notice that the dark areas are actually dark. This we want.

Also the screen shot above may be a tad too dark, I’m not sure but I DO want to be able to make use of a torch in more than just one jumping puzzle. With everything always so nicely lit up you never notice the change in day to night nor do you get the awesome immersion effect awesome lighting effects can give.

I totally agree it would add a more edgy appearance and I wish it would switch to night time in all areas because some places on the map it is always daytime.

Agreed, i feel nightime doesnt really work well. It would be nice to use torches at that time, that would be cool.
