Not sure if this is intended, but the detection radius of Risen Acolytes in Orr seems significantly larger than any other creature in Tyria.

If this is intended, bit of a nuisance but fair enough. If this isn’t intended, might be worth taking a look at as they seem to come after you from very far away.

[EDIT] Just realised there seem to be two types of Risen Acolytes in Orr (not sure if it is a male and female version, hard to tell with these dead people). There is one in dark clothing, and one in lighter clothing. It is the ones in lighter clothing that seem to have the very large detection radius. [/EDIT]

It’s the female one that has the larger aggro radius. It’s especially noticeable underwater and 3 of them are chasing after you through a 1/5th portion of the map.

I was gonna post something like this yesterday. ANYWHO, ya it’s the Female Variants that have the Huge Aggro Radius. The males are not much of an issue…unless being able to stand next them without drawing aggro is an issue then GUILTY!

The Female Variant are the ones that suck the most. Being able to Detect you from far off and having an attack range that seems ,to me, be quite long and like Phloww has stated they give a rather long chase which kitten es me off when I get hit by them. Slow down WOOT!!
They remind me of the Spotters from Kourna. I think it’s them can’t remember.

Yes, Torqueblue, those Kournan Spotters in Nightfall had like double the aggro range, but that was understandable.

Sadly with the recent build, those female Risen Acolyte mobs have double, if not triple, the aggro and attack range (Yes, their attack is beyond 1200 range).
