So when skilled group complete dungeon within 30mins numerous times (by skipping some trash mobs) does this quialify the players in group to be:
EXPLOITERS ?
BOTS?
NON LEGITIMATE PLAYERS ?

When I roam trough the world of tyria doing events farming mob I WANT to kittening know that I’ve been hit with kittening diminishing kittenturns. I want a kittening message all over my kittening screen that:
YOU HAVE BEEN HIT WITH DIMINISHING kittenTURNS ON LOOT GO kitten UNTIL “TIME”
and/or
YOU HAVE BEEN HIT WITH DIMINISHING kittenTURNS ON DYNAMIC EVENTS GO kitten UNTIL “TIME”
and/or
YOU HAVE BEEN HIT WITH DIMINISHING kittenTURNS ON DUNGEON GO kitten UNTIL “TIME”

The “TIME” means the actual time when those DR dissapear
