It’s only going to be on during Halloween mostly ^^.
Brawls are not Halloween feature, else its achievement will be in special events and not in community tab. Its just got activated with same patch as Halloween event. Also 500 king brawl champion requirement is a bit too many for Holiday achievement, dont you think?
