Sometimes, take the thief’s dagger skill #1 for example, the skill pop-ups take up a great portion of the screen when you move your mouse over them. It would be nice to have the option of disabling them via the options menu. They really are distracting at times.

There should be OPTIONS, as you said. But going to the Options menu every time would be a hassle. I like to consult them occasionally, but certainly not in the middle of battle. I think the options should be:

~Always ON
~Always OFF
~On while [Key] is Pressed
