In WvW a lot of people use coins and badges of honor to buy siege weapons. Once it is set up all but the Golem are stuck in place and become useless. Yes, if the fort get attacked and overrun you can use them again on the gates or walls, but are usually targeted first after taking a fort. Heres a few ideas to reward the attacking/defending forces for either taking over or defending the fort.

My suggestion is when a force is attacking a fort, win or defeat the remaining siege weapons can be dismanteled and supplies added to the forts supply inventory or claimed and be used by the forst new owners.

In order for the ability to dismantaling and or claiming the attackers have to defeat the Guild Claiming NPC and wait for the fort to not be contested. The defenders have to wait for the fort to not be contested.
