A common complaint among the GW2 PvE community is that each update brings more limited time impossibly hard to acquire skins in the RNG boxes associated with each event. I know that this is a means of generating revenue but i think if you were to offer the meta reward as a choice between the holographic shattered dragon wings and a jade weapon claim ticket you would bring a great deal of happiness. I would not expect this to dampen sales in any meaningful way as this would only dissuade purchases from those who have no interest in the wings and wouldn’t do the meta. Those people would then be doing content which they would have avoided instead of purchasing boxes, but i think it is safe to say a safe majority of your playerbase will still wish to purchase the coffers as they will want both a skin and the wings. Greater choice is greater freedom, giving your players more options and less dependency on fate will bring them a great deal of happiness.

For those bringing up why they may or may not do this don’t expect a great number of responses from me as i am aware of how limited my scope is on the issue.
