Hey y’all,

I know its late, but just something I’d like to inquire and suggest to A-net; What do you think of adding better aesthetic effects for the Jade weapon skins?

I say this because these Jade skins look too simple as compared to other weapon skins like Aetherblade, Fused and Wintersday which all have some sort of effect added on to them.

So yeah, what do you guys think?

I think they’re fine as is. If you want special effects get a weapon with special effects. If you don’t want special effects get a weapon without special effects.

I mean, adding something small yet improves the aesthetic aspect like leaving behind greenish afterimage upon attacks, etc wouldn’t hurt

It does not have to entirely change the design of the Jade skins itself, I personally like them too.

Since we’re at it, I’d like a possibility to gift my jade skin ticket to someone. I wanted two daggers, but I never got luck in getting two tickets. I have no use for one, so…

I like ‘Normal’ looking weapons in my MMO’s too. (though in Guild Wars 2, normal is a bit subjective…..)

I’d prefer my Jade weapons without a special effect attached, myself.
