Not sure why people have stopped suggesting this, maybe because they got fed up and realized ArenaNet can’t be bothered?
But, anyway, duels are good fun, it’s nice to duel against friends and others and can make for friendship building. I remember in WoW, there’d be loads of people outside major cities like Orgrimmar and in Goldshire dueling, it was a time-kill and just general fun.

You don’t need to suggest it… Anet has said pre launch that Duels are something they want to add, but they wont be in at launch but will be added at a later date.

The mods on this forum are complete idiots.

I would LOVE duels. Plus it would make it easier to make build that would be useful at both 1v1s and team fights, cuz in sPvP 1v1s do happen.
