Something has to be done with Immature, Selfish, party leaders who find it cute to rage quit at the very end of a dungeon just so they can laugh at the party for wasting an hour-hour 1/2 of everyone time with nothing to show.

Situation:
Ascalonian Catacombs
Party of 5
Got to the end, finished everything but the final boss, the Leader got mad that it was “taking to long” when the time was pretty fair for a dungeon run. So he just left and had the whole party kicked out of the dungeon.

Solution:
Rework parties so leadership is auto transferred then if anyone leaves:
A) Grenths Damnation: You are a disgrace to your race and you are kitten to walk this earth alone.
Technical Workings: In the last zone of each dungeon this curse will trigger, if you leave a party while in this zone you will be hit with this curse. This curse will do the following:
1) Deduct 666 Karma (you know the saying, Karma is a *)
2) Deduction of 50 Guild Fame (your a disgrace enough said)
3) Prevent you from entering any parties for 2 Hours across any characters. (If you don’t have time to finish what you started then you shouldn’t start anything else :])
4) Storm Cloud effect over the player so everyone knows they are under the effect.

Upon the bosses death this curse is deactivated so that you may freely leave.

B) Upon collection 3 Disgraces on one character your account in one month, your account is banned for 30 days.
