It’s kind of dumb to have to do it on every character indeed. It’s like Hard Mode in GW1, if you unlocked it on one character, you could use it on all of them.
Story dungeons were fun the first time you did them (not really…), now they’re either tedious as hell (HotW, never again) or just a total faceroll (AC, TA, CM, Arah) because of powercreep.
