Here is my suggestion.
Instead of having different tokens for every dungeon, I suggest that every dungeon gives you the same tokens.
For example: If you complete the “Citadel of Flame” dungeon, you get like “Dungeon tokens” or something like that. Same for other dungeons, if you pass “Honor of the Waves” you also get “Dungeon tokens”.

Now,
with those dungeon tokens you can buy every kind of armor from all of the dungeons, but increase the cost of the Armor/Weapons in the merchant. That would be more convenient for doing more dungeons that you want, instead of grinding the same dungeon over and over again. It would be more fun!

Yeah Castia beat me too it, everyone would pick the easiest dungeon and grind that till their hearts content. I worked on my Arah set for some time, and all I got was two pieces and took me nearly 3 weeks. ( mainly cause of bad groups ) So yeah no, no single dungeon token, you want arah gear do your work.
