Guild Wars 2

PvP is really easy to get out of, but for some reason when you enter WvW from anywhere on the map, you get taken to a new place that you can only exit through finding a certain exit. If we can easily exit PvP why on earth would they make WvW so hard to exit?

The gates to Lions Arch are in your servers base camp on all maps.
All you have to do is WP back to your corner/keep and then travel through the Asura Gate.

That being said I would actually prefer it if we could just travel straight back to where we came from. Map loading times aren’t that short for a lot of us and it’s a massive annoyance to have to wait a minute or two to load into LA and then wait another minute or two as we load back into the map we were originally in before we wen’t into WvW (same goes for PvP)

If you are in WvW just press F12 to go to character select, log back in to your character and you will be back where you joined WvW from. This is used very often in dungeon running when your bags are full, you hit the button for WvW, sell yourself at one of the vendors there, log out, log in and you are back outside the dungeon and just need to walk back in to it.
