Hi, I just made myself a lengendary after several months of work, but I was surprised when I realized the scepter doesn’t actually offer the same features as other weapons do. Waited for a while, but when i noticed other weapons are actually upgraded, such as the rifle and not that one, I decided to present this complaint, about the scepter being a comun weapon for all clases. This difference is not fair, I mean, if we want a legendary weapon we have to get the comun weapon, but we were offered equality in those aspects or class personalization, and then you don’t meet my expectations, if we need to try to get other weapons and we don’t want them.

what effects? meteorlogicus got ignored when the moot and some other legendaries got improved.

yea a couple of my guildies are really upset about this one. They updated ones that already had way more effects then this one has . It looks amazing but I will not work my butt off for something that don’t do anything special and it could be so much more
