This thread (https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/pvp/wuvwuv/Vapour-Form) is claiming equality for all classes so why should I not claim for more health! We already have the lowest health and defense, We wants more health!
Whenever I’m in a zerg fight and I get even a bit of lagg i’ll be zerged down in a matter of seconds! It’s not Fair! I want moar health!
Give us moar health or lower everyone else’s health to ours!1!1!1

Considering Ele’s have the same health pool as Guardians, and both classes are considered the best Bunkers in the game, I don’t think this can be justified.
I got 20k on my ele with WvW bonuses. Granted I nerfed my attack powers doing it. But I do not think demanding moar health when you do have the option of having it is wise.
Dual back it up with statistics yo!
10k health < 20k health, give equality!
No but really, that topic is stupid, we should all turn into grey puddles with only 1 skill which is a generic attack move that always deals the same amount of damage. There you have perfect balance!
give everyone 10k health and 1 skill that does 1k damage and a heal that does 1k healing.

I think the game would be a lot easier to balance if professions didn’t have such huge HP differences.
You could easily bump up Thief, Elementalist and Guardian base HP by 30% and in return nerf some of their defensive abilities (Thieves could have their Burst nerfed or whatever).
Balancing 13k/15k/18k HP professions is a lot easier than balancing 10-18k.
I play an ele and rarely die and I am not even using a bunker build. Ele is not suposed to be at the front line just run in drop some aoe and get back to cleanse and run some support. Glass canon ele do have low health and die easily but that is their trade off, if you run with that build you should run, hit someone and get out of the fray before they put control on you
i understand your comparation OP, and i understand you don’t want any change in your class but:
elementarists got insane condition removal 2 invulnerability skills and 1 teleport, constant regenerations , etc , wich compensate with low hp pool.
Regarding downed state – in pve with no doubt warrior got best skills , then thieves and mesmers, but an 2 seconds cooldown to vapour form since you get downed would be fair.
it’s quite simple, don’t trait glass cannon.
ele hp is fine, with so much regen and protection ehp is larger than you think

It’s olny just fair we get to go back into tower when you die as soon as you get immobilized in a zerg as an ele.
And no, I’m not a glasscanon.
I can survive 3 vs 1 just fine. Doesn’t mean I always kill them, but I can run away if I want too.
Gotta love troll threads… eles definitely do not need a health buff. If you are having difficulty just roll d/d and face roll everyone in sight. A proper (op) d/d build has the most mobility in the game and the ability to annihilate any non-bunker class that i have seen in less that 10 seconds.
