I’d really like to see the animation linked to the attunement i’m in, but 90% of armors clip with the current one that’s hardly noticeable.

I suggest to put the attunement animation directly on the weapon itself (as for the necro staff autoattack).
Doing so you’ll obtain an easy way for other ppl to identify you as an elementalist without looking at the UI (something you’ve said you want to promote) and elementalists get a sort of revamp of all their weaponsets (as a staff user i still can’t find a good “elementalist themed” staff).

Given that Necromancers already have something along this line implemented, this change shouldn’t be too hard to do.

Remember the flamekissed armor? the one that looks exactly as t3 light human that they removed some days akitten

think about that armor, and it’s fire effect, and think if you switch to water and the fire extinguish leave some fumes and starting dropping water drops _
Than think of the water becoming more solid and darker transforming into floating shiny stones like diamonds for example when going earth attune, and imagine those little precious stones explodes suddendly into electric burst and lightnings when going air attunements _

Oh my…this would be the MOST COOL THING EVER!!!!!!!!!
