Endless Nameplates in WvW
Or dont show nameplates on enemy players at all, so tactical usage of terrain (ambushes) will be a viable option because as it is now you cannot use obstacles to hide your presence from enemy forces – your “Serverserverserverserver Invader [Guild]” nameplate just gives your position away to anyone passing through. Another suggestion will be to hide enemy players’ health bars in WvW too.

A condense option would be pretty useful.
Feed them and they multiply.
Please do not feed them.
I agree with removing them completely. You can’t even send scouts up a hill without them getting noticed. They get spotted before they get into view :S
i didnt go as far as to suggest to remove nameplates completely
because i dont think anet would do it.
but i must say it would be really awesome if they did remove them.

besides, u need a way to tell which one is ally or foe
red healthbar, or green healthbar :P

The one with nameplate is an ally, and they could probably allow you to see health bars of allies.
I don’t see a major problem with removing nameplates. Enemies are silhouetted in either green (if they are friendly) or red (if they are hostile) not to mention the color of their clothes. I would have no problem with it. Although it is a nice counter to someone trying to use third person to their advantage i.e. looking around corners/over hills. The gigantic nameplate kind of removes the whole “they can see you but you can’t see them” dilemma of third person.
