Endure pain - Condition Dmg
If they did that, they would pretty much have to make the change that Mist Form got. That is, no using healing skills, utilities nor elites.
Tbh,i wouldn’t mind that at all.It’s just at alot of occasions there is much,much more condition dmg going on than any melee dmg,making endure pain pretty useless in these situations.So being unable to heal at that time while not getting any incoming dmg both from melee and condition dmg would only sound fair.

So you want Endure Pain to be a skill that gives you invulnerability but you cannot use any skills?
Because I am pretty sure the Eles went nuts once that was announced.
No,i mean agreeing with not being able to use heal/utilities while Endure pain is in effect,but still being able to use your melee skills.
Obviously you wouldn’t be able to use weapons as well. Exactly like the other classes who’ve got similar skills. So…either it stays as it is now, or you get some seconds of invulnerability where you can’t do anything. Your choice.
They could also make it work like it worked in GW1: grant a temporary, massive maximum health boost. This would effectively help against conditions and normal damage sources, but wouldn’t make you immune and would still allow you to heal up. However if you end up being below the amount of health granted by Endure Pain when it ends, you would simply go into downed state immediately.

Obviously you misinterpet this thread,as in..It Is A Suggestion,.And we should be able to use weapons since Endure pain is not a mistform,meaning our body’s stay solid being able to handle weapons,so disabling the use of weapon skills for warriors while endure pain is in effect,doesn’t make any sense at all for this class.Being unable to use a trait/healing skill,would be simply to balance it out.
@Lylandri,then they would have to rework the entire skill,since a 4 sec HP boost,won’t do much imo,and afterwards losing that hp pool,would most likely get you down right away in this game,while i agree it was an awesome skill to have in gw1,it’s quite different in gw2.

A lot of warrior utilities deserve a second look ; ). But yeah, even as it is now, a 4 second damage immunity on a 90 second cooldown is already highly situational. The GW1 version was able to stay on for up to 18 seconds, so I think a compromise could be met if they did switch it to a health boost, perhaps 8 or even 12 seconds, especially considering the nature of some builds on other classes designed around boon duration.

The thing is, the developers specifically nerfed Mist Form to not be able to use any skills because it’s a true invulnerability.
And when they did that, they nerfed Elixir S as well because it had the same effect.
If they gave the same effect to endure pain, they would do the same.
And it would become even more situational, by the way.
