When buying gems with gold, or vice versa. Instead of inputting how much gold you want to spend to buy gems, and have to play a guessing game on how much you should put in to get the exact amount you want. While the price is consistently changing. Why can’t we just input the exact amount of gems we want, and watch the price in gold that you are going to pay fluctuate as it refreshes instead.

Same thing for gem to gold, but reverse. Input gold you want, watch gems fluctuate.

This always confused me. If I’m buying gems, it’s because I want a specific item. Having to trial-and-error the amount is just silly.

Exactly my point, it really is silly lol. =)

I vaguely recall someone saying something about how this type of feature would eat up a lot of memory or something and that’s why it wasn’t instituted.

I don’t know where I read/heard it though.

I do find it slightly annoying to have to tweak it and having to watch it, but then again the price keeps dropping like a rock so I just keep saving instead of spending and don’t mind checking back every once in awhile.

I can see how if you’re sitting there watching it constantly hoping for a good buy that it could be really hard on you though. My suggestion if this is the case would be to quit watching it like a hawk.
