Exotic Cultural T3 Armors
It would be better if we can buy exotic versions of Cultural T3 Armors with stats of our choice like in WvW, saving very rares transmutation stones and helpful exotic pieces, after all we are spending more than 100g…
it would be better if the cultural armors were offered as Skins like the Gemstore and Heritage armors

Yeah making them skins would be better. They’re already really expensive for simple armor.
Would be great but I doubt it will happen. Anet is making a killing with those things since we need them so much and you can only buy them in the gemstore (or in black lion chests but the chance is very small).
