I was suggesting to my guild that, for those who are going for their legendary and need items, that we place them in our guild bank. This idea was rejected because anyone can pick up anything in the bank and take it all for themselves. I found this puzzling because you would think that there would be an option that would allow only officers to withdraw from a specific bank tab so this wouldn’t happen. My suggestion is that an option to have withdraw privileges only for higher ranking guild members for a specific tab that have rare or expensive items so as to avoid this kind of situation.

Guild Bank is permissions specifically for it. The permissions for Treasure Trove & Deep Cave are shared. I recommend you put these rare items in your Guild Bank & limit the permissions with who has access to that facility.
