Crtitical Emergence [CE] – Gunnar’s Hold
My elementalist videos… http://www.youtube.com/user/erastmus/videos
Just a little suggestion, don’t know if it has been asked before or not. The Search thingie seem to be hosed for me…
How about displaying a little box with expected waiting time when getting qued up for WvW?
Would make it a bit easier to choreograph with the rest of the guild…
Expected waiting time would be very hard to judge I think.
Entrance to wvw I think is done by if there are any slots free on the server, if not you would have to wait till someone leaves. To give an expected waiting time the best they could do is give an average and that is very easily distorted. Some people go to wvw solo as a fast way to do their dailys and leave ikittenminutes. A whole guild might be over there for a few hours and then split off at the same time to log off or do something else in game.
Perhaps instead of expected wait time they could give position in the queue

What you say is true, it’d be tough to implement. But as you also mention, an indication of ones position in the queue would be just as good. Something should be implemented so at least one could gouge where one is stuffed into the queue.
