Extend the Invuln. time for meta bosses.
Agreed with everything Teofa said.

Agreed on the points for Wurm and Maw. Occasionally the wurm actually dies before the event starts, so no one gets a chest. I usually start by beating up the third portal on Maw for credit on that event, and have a shadowstep waiting to bring me back to the champ since I use my thief on that one.
I always do the Behemoth portals in Taminn. Usually I’m the only one, and I’m the last one to finish since people usually camp the other two pre-event spawns. I do this on my Guardian, so perma-swiftness isn’t used (at least not in my build). If you want to make it in time, use Phinney(sp?) Waypoint. Much closer and I’ve never missed the event even once by doing this. Usually get there with SB <50% hp, but plenty of time to whack it for credit.
Don’t get me wrong, I wholeheartedly agree with this suggestion. The delay between pre-event and boss spawn should be lengthened and a longer invulnerable period should be implemented (especially for Wurm/Maw), but at least in the case of SB it’s possible (albeit somewhat difficult) to do the pre-events and still make it in time.

Couldn’t agree more +1 from me
Adding invulnerability time isn’t the solution, they need to make them scale better, for example they need to have 20,000 – 50,000 hp more for each person that shows up, and also make them more dangerous so that the time spent killing them would be more exciting. Bosses like Jungle Wurm and Shadow Behemoth don’t seem to really be doing anything, they just stand there waiting to be killed.
Maybe because the bosses you mention – Jungle Wurm and Behemoth – are in the starting zones.
Can I remind you that not everyone out there is an ‘elite’ player like yourself, and thus these people may have a hard time playing those events? The Behemoth throws around huge AoE attacks that are dangerous to the appropriate leveled players, but these days due to being overwhelmed with a mob of 80s, and lag, those rings don’t really show up that often.
If it was up to me, I would make all the starting zone World Bosses’ guaranteed rares be a max level of 40 (or so) as to still attract some higher level players to give them a rare, but to deter the huge crowd of 80s that are only there because they salvage the 80s rare+ into ecto (And wait for that one incredibly rare drop from some bosses)

As it stands, these bosses are significantly easier than many of the ordinary mobs around Caledon and Queensdale. For SB all you need to do is turn on auto attack and read a book. You can occasionally retarget it to continue attacking but this is not necessary once you’ve got enough hits in. The hardest part is actually doing enough damage (especially with Wurm) to get any credit for the event.
