Burst skills/Adrenaline have been removed and placed into the weapons they are involved in or melded into them. (They didn’t go away, they just replace current underused/bad weapon skills.)
Brawn is now “decreases duration of Stances by 2% per point spent.”
What are stances?
Stances are powerful buffs that can change the fight for your warrior, you must activate them wisely because you can only have one up at a time.
You can only have one stance up at a time.
F1: Balanced Stance (Cooldown: 30 s)
Skills and actions are 15% faster. (stacks with quickness.)
Increases damage reduction by 12%
Increases base damage of the warrior. (Less then Offensive/Reckless.)
Increases base movement speed by 5% (Increases cap by 5%.)
F2: Offensive Stance (Cooldown: 30 s)
Skills and actions are 25% faster. (stacks with quickness.)
Increases base damage of the warrior. (Less then Reckless.)
Increases base movement speed by 10% (increases cap by 10%.)
F3: Defensive Stance (Cooldown: 30 s)
Skills and actions are 25% slower. (stacks with quickness.)
Decreases damage taken by 25%.
Decreases base movement speed by 15%
F4: Reckless Stance (Cooldown: 30 s)
Increases damage taken by 50%.
Skills and actions are 25% faster. (stacks with quickness.)
Increases base damage of the warrior. (A lot.)
Increases base melee movement speed by 25% (increases cap by 25%.)
Strength
Berserker’s Power : Increases damage by 12% while you are in a stance.
Arms
Furious: Further increases the base damage gained from balance stance/reckless stance/offensive stance.
Defense
Adrenal Health: Heal yourself when you use a stance.
Embrace the Pain: Increases the damage reduction while in defensive stance by 20%.
Discipline
Heightened Focus: Gain base critical chance while in offensive or reckless stance.
Inspiring Shouts: Lowers the cool-down of stances by 5 seconds when using a shout.
Quick Bursts: Gain endurance when using a stance.
Sharpened Axes: Lowers the cool-down of stances by 1s when criticaling with an axe.
Thrill of the Kill : Reset all stances when killing an enemy. (30 second cool-down.)
Versatile Rage: Lowers the cool-down when you swap weapons.

More ideas would be gaining boons for switching to a stance.
Gain Stability when switching to balanced stance. (8s)
Gain Protection when switching to defensive Stance. (12s)
Gain Fury when switching to offensive Stance. (12s)
Gain Quickness when switching to reckless stance. (6s)
This way you could switch to a stance, take a hit. Switch to reckless to deal tons of damage then offensive to deal less.
It would make the class harder to play.

To me the stances being F keys makes more sense. They add more diverse ways to play the warrior while not necessarily overpowering them. Back in guildwars1, I used my warrior the most and often ran stance warrior with gladiator’s stance being the elite. I think this would allow us to open up new builds because we might not so heavily have to rely on greatswords possibly even a tone down of hundred blade base damage. Who knows?

Its not new skills, they are just stances. They are not like attunements which give ya a whole set of new skills.

How is it anything like ele other then it uses f1-f4? It doesn’t give you new skills and only ONE can be activated at a time. It’s not like you can face roll all 4 of them and activate all the bonus. It is different mechanic.

Defensive=reduce income damage (direct and cond.), reduce attack power
Offensive=increase incoming damage, increase attack power
not a big fan of defensive boons like protection or regen, we are not guardians or eles

I’d rather have:
Skills and actions are X% faster. (stacks with quickness.)
This allows both condition/power builds to benefit. It would also be very unique to the warrior.

I am cool with this idea like how I treated with banners if they were to be given more options.
What happens to the stance utility set in this case?
Also, these are all variants of the same numbers, which is somewhat boring. At least the current burst skills have variety in how they work, even if some go unused because a couple traits heavily discourage them.
Personally:
F1: The current burst skills. Scale with adrenaline.
F2: Rank 1 burst skill. Always uses 1 bar.
F3: Rank 2 burst skill. Always uses 2 bars.
F4: Rank 3 burst skill. Always uses 3 bars.
Maybe make it more interesting by making one of the skills use the offhand weapon while using 2 weapons. The new burst skills could be combos of skills a weapon already has, for example one of the new burst skills for Greatsword could be Bladetrail → Rush while only putting the burst skill itself on cooldown.
I think it would be cool to see both bursts and stances on F keys.
F1: First/Mainhand Burst
F2: Second/Offhand Burst
F3: Alt Stance 1
F4: Alt Stance 2
Pressing the key for the current stance again would return you to the “Default” stance. Possibly make burst skills change with the stance type as well, if you want to create an even deeper system.

This, and initial boons would be cool too. I would really love it if the character physically changed their stance to telegraph the intentions.
Look to Soul Calibur for stance ideas and animations.
