How is it fair that if the person that started the dungeon goes offline, and in order to finish the dungeon we have to pick up another, when we kick him/her we ALL GET BOOTED from instance?

This is what most in the industry like to call a bug. This should be in the bugs forum, especially since the last patch notes specifically point out that getting kicked from instances is something that isn’t supposed to happen any more.
