The Fast-Cast ground targeting option makes any ground targeted skill automatically cast at your mouse cursor’s location. While is a nice option and should be kept, I would prefer to cast in the direction the character is facing. This will actually then be a truly “fast-cast ground targeting” option. I would like to see both option available.

if you use the combat mod it does this, or you can just place your mouse in the middle of the screen (depending on the angle) and hold down the right button in combat locking your camera in place.

You can’t just cast in direction as that doesn’t set a range in 3d space like the cursor does.
