That would have been a perfect gift for the players who participated in the karka event/Halloween 2012/Wintersday 2012 or even those who have a legendary weapon.

(PS: for those who haven’t played WoW, a Feat of Strenght is a special category of achievements. Those achievements don’t appear until you complete them ; they are the hardest achievement of the game, sometimes even impossible to have.
Ex: have a legendary weapon, be there in christmas 2005…)

For the love of god. No. Feats of strength force gamers to log on at specific times, possibly sacrificing real life. The current way holiday achievements are handled is good; if we miss them we can just wait till next year.

You’re not forced to do those kinds of achievements, so what’s the issue?

It’s optional.

For completionists, it’s a big issue. One missed Feat would instantly mean no chance of completion.

Maybe if you had to actually, you know, prove your strength.

Attending an event = Feat of strength? No.
Farming endless mats + precursor luck = Feat of strength? No.

You mean “one time achievements”?
There’s such thing already.

It’s called “Special Event” achievements.

Well, it still has to be determined if these are really one-time or if they are recurring annually.
