There are many many different mechanics that help someone stomping. Stealth is a big one, but so are mist form, portals, shadow step, haste, stability, and invulnerability.
Why single out stealth?
There are many many different mechanics that help someone stomping. Stealth is a big one, but so are mist form, portals, shadow step, haste, stability, and invulnerability.
Why single out stealth?
Because its the one that is the hardest to counter, with the downed skills. Sometimes/some classes can’t do anything to stop a stealthed stomper (like warriors and engis (uness they’ve been down a bit first and can use the bomb)).

You are seriously overthinking it. Its simple: Make stomping a player an attack.
Attacks cause anyone to drop out of stealth, period.
how can a downed player get someone out of stealth ? :p some classes don’t ahve a push back even without 30 sec cd at the start
