Guild Wars 2

I play t8 wvw, and it is really discouraging to know that even if our server was the best in the game, it would take us a year to get out of t8 because of the defective created by DR ->Kain->SF

What I would like is a score floor for the bottom servers to ensure that we can get out if we are good enough

You should be able to get out just fine, Black Gate started at T3 and we are now in T1, and second best in the world. We are about to over take 1st in the world if we have another good week.

So in turn you can, but your server has to be good, may take some time but you will get there.
