Going stealth, regardless of the profession, should remove all auto locking and channeling spells. There is already a timer in place that doesnt let you go stealth right after it wore off from another spell, and it lasts a mere 3-4 seconds. Stealth is too weak in this game and seriously needs some looking into. Going stealth should “break their line of sight” as in anything they were using will only target where you were last seen not keep following you and/or channel lunge attack you. The worst is Ranger rapid fire that can auto lock you the entire time while your stealthed…
Huge problem in wvw when trying to escape or just get around, they still target you which for 3-4 seconds, basically would be better off not using stealth.
Its a broken mechanic that received too little attention apparently and is near impossible to utilize for how little it offers even with full stealth traits. Please fix stealthing AreaNet.
