In big fights when people are spamming lots of conditions and bosses and mobs are putting up boons, it is very difficult to put your cursor on the icons under their names to see what they have on them. With conditions and boons expiring and being applied rapidly, the tooltip just flickers making it very difficult to read.
Freezing the tooltip until you move your mouse out of a small area would be nice and make it much easier to read them!
