Forum and In-game suggestions.

Hello,
So after playing a little bit in GW2 I have come across some ideas that might aid GW2 in its goal of pleasing its player base
.
Suggestion 1 (Forums): After much poking around the forums, I finally got to a point where I wanted to see what the people on MY server are talking about – but unfortunately there are no server-specific forum spaces. What’s the reason for this? I think this would bring the server community together a little bit more and set up a place for Guilds to recruit, people to meet other people on the server – or even server wide calls for “Karma Trains” or something where a certain time is picked out by player organizers to go and do some PvE or WvW.
-Also maybe some kind of in-game mechanic that allows you to communicate with everyone on the server (w/o the need to be in the same guild). The community seems decentralized on every server. It’s the people that truly make a server unique, so why no mechanic to globally talk to everyone? Also all kinds of world events like Dragons can be called in there, all kinds of benefits from a world-wide chat. (I’m not sure if ANet has commented on this idea, because I’m sure it has come up, if they have is there a link to commentary?)
Suggestion 2 (In-Game): After playing a bunch I have come across a decent amount of stuck events, I understand that ANet is probably aware of this problem. Maybe a good way to deal with these would be to automatically have the event reset after the NPCs or the event has not been participated in for like 10min. That way, stuck events reset themselves, and people won’t avoid the end-game areas as much due to bugged events. I know Straights of Devastation just gets abandoned once the Balthazar event gets bugged.
Any helpful input and thoughts would also be nice
