I was on my Ranger and upon clearing the final boss in the ice fractal, the treasure chest awarded me an Exotic light armor piece … that is SOULBOUND?!

Please do not drop make loot drops soulbound unless they are usable!

It should be account bound and soulbound on equip. That’s what the exotics I get are.

Unfortunately, it was not as you described. It was soulbound the moment I picked it up.

That’s really strange. Well then you have to salvage them. Should not happen though. Maybe it’s a bug with a certain item.
