The completed level of difficulty of a fractal should be account-wide for all your alts!
This current setup is creating incredible segregation within the entire community including guilds!

Within my own guild of 300+ members, people are splintering off into specific groups that have a certain lvl completed. If someone in that group doesnt progress with that same group, he/she gets left behind and can’t seem to find a new group to progress with. They are effectively alienated and forced to PUG it. Massive wipe/fail potential with uncoordinated PuGs.

No incentive for progressing people to leave their comfort zone group they’re used to running with (at the same pace) to go help a friend and risk getting left behind.

This same mechanic also forces one to only use ONE character for Fractals as it is a nightmare to start from scratch with an alt and struggle to find someone to do it with. Even more embarrassing when you are part of a guild community and have to scavenge/beg people to start at lvl 1! Players should be given choice not have them taken away. I have several alts I would love to tackle Fractals with but sadly cannot unless i start from 1.

Please make the level of progression account wide to all your toons. This current setup is a gross oversight on the developer that deeply affects the playerbase.
