I would never dream of wasting someones time that I CARED about the way fractals has wasted my time since is was released. Yet instead of working non-stop to fix the problem, ANET spends more time trying to craft schemes to get us to buy more gems. (pun intended – can you say toy mini-pets?)

I don’t know what else there is to be said. It would be impossible to calculate how much of my time has been thrown down the toilet because of disconnects. I was just in a party with a DEV and he dc’d.

So I guess finding ways to get money from us is more important than making sure we get max enjoyment of our game time. I see your true colors, shining through the mists.

I think that what he is implying is that the division of labor lopsidedly favors content development and cash shop junk at the expense of fixing bugs. Its not that hard to believe since the DC issue with fractals has existed since they were introduced over a month ago and nothing has been done. The same argument could be made for all the other dungeon and dynamic event related bugs that persist despite 3 major content patches so far.

Anet has said the DC bug in fractals is a very difficult issue to fix. I would guess that means that either it is a bug involving a systemic flaw in the game itself or maybe they are BSing and hoping that people will get distracted by new content and forget about or give up on fractals. Either way its not good.
