Already mentioned this under the “Dungeons” section, but since it is more of a suggestion than anything else, here it is again.
Fractal dungeon level should be account wide, not character based..
As much as I like running these new dungeons, I seriously doubt that I will have the will to grind 3 or more of my lvl 80 toons through them.
I think that all level 80 character on our accounts should be able to enter the highest level fractal that we have already completed.
Since ascended gear is already account but not soul-bound, we can easily pass any “spare” rings from our original fractal runner to any other lvl 80 toon we want to use for a run.
