Should not be in the middle of Lion’s Arch. Keep it in the vicinity if you must, but LA was already the busiest and laggiest area in the game. Maybe open up a small sub-zone off the main city for people to congregate.

I agree. The Lion’s Arch Chat is now constantly spammed with requests for fractal groups and I find myself very often on overflow-servers. It got very rare to even get to my server Lion’s Arch which makes it difficult to find server or specific language groups, to chat about other topics and so on.
The Fractal Dungeon should be removed from Lion’s Arch. Why not place it in the Lost Shore or – even better – Rata Sum. There the dungeon entrance would at least make sense.
