In the recent patch the tiers for fractals have been updated to go by:
11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50 maximum.
The LFG tools tiers still go by the old tier groups, if you wouldn’t mind changing them to suit the updated tiers, that would clear up a lot of confusion for all the lazy people who don’t read the patch notes.

Regarding AR this is a better system in my opinion:
1-9 (0% agony damage; best requirement: 0 lowest requirement: 0)
10-19 (12% agony damage; best requirement: 10 lowest requirement: 0)
20-29 (30% agony damage; best requirement: 25 lowest requirement: 15)
30-39 (48% agony damage; best requirement: 40 lowest requirement: 30)
40-49 (66% agony damage; best requirement: 55 lowest requirement: 45)
50 (84% agony damage; best requirement: 70 lowest requirement: 70)

I support including the base damage and the AR that reduces it as much as possible. However, “Lowest Requirement” is in the eye of the beholder — there are people who have managed to dodge agony until Fractured and have managed just fine with a lot less than “lowest” even now.

1. Tier 0 (L1-9): No agony
2. Tier 1 (L10-19): 12% base agony damage (AR 10 reduces damage to 1%)
3. Tier 2 (L20-29): 30% base agony damage (AR 25 reduces damage to 1%)
   etc.

I’d even be okay with directing people to the wiki — if people aren’t familiar with Agony and AR, I somehow doubt that they are going to carefully read the LFG and update their gear accordingly.
