I think we can increase the community feel by doing these two things.

First a LFG Tool

Second all Waypoints to dungeons are free from LA. Not the WP right outside the dungeon by the first one in each dungeon. There is one at the beginning of every dungeon before spawns.

To prevent free travel around the world, you leave the dungeon to the same place you entered. So if you port from LA, when you leave you go back to LA, if you enter from the outside world, when you leave you go back to the outside world.

The LFG Tool would cut down on spam, and the free travel would allow people to relax in LA and chat about other things while waiting on a group.
