please make it happen! a system where pvp can happen all around the beatiful world of gw2(except city).
a karma system like, where characters who kill others have negative karma (and become reds) and charachters who kill reds have positive karma(lawful but if they kill a neutral or lawful player only 1 time become red).
this way we will have outcasts(red players), hunters(yellow players) and neutral(green players).

outcasts can join only outcast guilds and can enter only outcast city like(camping in some areas with some npcs) and lawful can join only lawful guilds same with neutral.

in big cities neutral players can post reward to kill outcasts with rewards, and always in main cities we can have a hunter showcase where the most brutal outcast(developers knows who are cos the most brutal= most bad karma) show in order of importance with a reward for who kill him(and more lawful respect).

another showcase can show the most lawful in order of importance with rewards or just for show.

if something like this goes live, i swear i will play it forever(i think may other as well).

all of this in dedicated pvp server so pve ppl don’t bother no one touching you.

One of the main feature of Gw2 is that pve and wpvp are completely separated.

And i hope it will stay this way.
There are plenty of games like the one you described (and they aren’t doing well btw)

Open-world PvP would be a bad idea for one reason: Events.

Events are focused on creating co-operation between players.

Open world pvp to gank newbies? NO thank you please!!!

Maybe just have duels, that way you can pvp in the open world too. I think duels will
be added at some point. I don’t think people will enjoy getting ganked all the time by
downleveled exotic players, or groups of other players, or just more powerful classes.
