Guild Wars 2

I’ll keep this short because basicly it’s a really small change.
I find it annoying i can’t put my friends in different groups…
Many others have expressed similar concerns.

What would you think about an extra feature like this?
I can hardly imagine it would require lots of coding or a huge amount of effort.
I apologize if this has already been posted, the search function is not responding for me.
Would be awesome if a mod or anyone could give an answer if this would get implemented or not.

+1. Managing friends are essential.
Would be good to know who they are exactly when you have ~100 name on your list.
Nicknaming them “Dungeon guy 1” “Dungeon guy 2” isn’t a professional solution imo.

I don’t have anyone on my friendslist, I don’t play enough to make friends outside of who I came to play the game with in the first place, BUT I will add my two cents to this.

I agree that a grouping feature would be nice for friends lists. With so much content and things to for people to do it would be great to just be able to glance at your list and see who is on to do what.

For example: You’re bored, can’t decide what to spend a little time doing, you open your friendslist and realize that most of the people you normally do Fractals with are online (It’s the most lit up group). A few messages later and you are all on your way to do more than just procrastinate in Lions Arch.

i personally would love that! I always add people who i pugged with and were really good at the dungeon or fractal and i have to nickname them goodfractal1,2,3,4,…. or COFgood1,2,3,…. Otherwise i have NO idea why i added them before.

Let’s hope they’ll work on it.

Perhaps the clickable interface from the LFG Tool could be reused for this.
