I would like to see each weapon type have its own gear slot that you can switch to instead of having to store it in your bags. This isn’t a space issue, more of an organizational tool. Clicking the weapon slot would bring up a bar with all choices to switch to. It would also possibly allow you to compare tooltips by type rather than what is currently equipped.

A big issue I have with the current system is losing items in my bags. I try to keep my weapons in a safe bag at the bottom, but switching them out can get them lost in the other bags. Keeping a safe box at the top makes it fill up with other junk.

Another option could be to have the ability to select items to always go to a safe box if available or make a safe box placed at the top of your bags fill up last.

Hey today I just found out they have invisible type bags. It`s like the equipment packs we had in gw1. Whatever items you put in the bag will stay in that bag and never get moved to another bag. Look for an 8 slot safe box on the auction house if you aren`t a blacksmith. they are only around 63 copper. 10 bronze ingots and 3 crystal dusts will unlock the recipie at armorsmith lvl 25

The problem is when switching weapons, mostly to a 2h from 1h/oh, the offhand gets put into the first available slot, not back to the safe bag.
Being able to have each weapon type ready to switch just would make it more convenient when switching out weapons. You would still obviously have to switch in between combat, the items would just be on your character rather than in your bag. This way you don’t misplace it and can easily compare upgrades.

Nope, just the invisible bags.. Made of metal :P

An invisible+equipment magnet bag would solve a lot of the weapon swapping problems. Or a type of ‘soul’ bag that receives your soulbound stuff (ahead of any other bag type) and makes it invisible.
