As a replacement for the 20 slot starter pack allow players to purchase 30/40/50 Expanded packs for gems. To keep business in mind make them 1 per character and soul-bound. Would be a nice option for people starting alts, but of course the price needs to be reasonable, otherwise people would simply do the cash-gold exchange and buy an 18-20 slot pack from TP.
